Key duties:
- Providing support to customers via telephone and email, ensuring that customers enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Ensuring that support best practice is utilised at all times, utilising the ITIL framework.
- Working as part of a team to ensure that customer satisfaction metrics remain high.
- Remotely implementing software solutions with customers, ensuring that implementation projects are delivered on time, in budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Suggesting improvements to support and implementation processes to improve performance / customer satisfaction.
Skills / knowledge required:
- Prior experience in providing technical support for a cloud based SaaS solution
- Degree / qualification in computer science
- Keen focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
- Ambitious, with strong desire to learn
- Proactive - focus on improving processes
- Excellent team player
