Support and Implementation Consultant

Key duties:

  • Providing support to customers via telephone and email, ensuring that customers enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that support best practice is utilised at all times, utilising the ITIL framework.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure that customer satisfaction metrics remain high.
  • Remotely implementing software solutions with customers, ensuring that implementation projects are delivered on time, in budget and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Suggesting improvements to support and implementation processes to improve performance / customer satisfaction.

Skills / knowledge required:

  • Prior experience in providing technical support for a cloud based SaaS solution
  • Degree / qualification in computer science
  • Keen focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Ambitious, with strong desire to learn
  • Proactive - focus on improving processes
  • Excellent team player
