Sales Coordinator (12 month FTC)

Key Responsibilities


The main responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator are:


Sales and business administration support:

  • Handle front-line client sales enquiries (B2B and B2C) by telephone, email and helpdesk software (Freshdesk)
  • Provide client quotations for transactional/repeat sales, based on pricing matrix
  • Direct client support requests to support team; resolve non-technical product queries
  • Support account management activities
  • Transactional invoicing using Dynamics 365
  • Coordinate delivery of services, including travel bookings
  • Support ecommerce queries
  • Manage enrolments for online testing and training products
  • Collaborate on monthly credit control checks and client follow up

Marketing support:

  • Update content and news on company websites and social media channels, as directed
  • Provide input and support to company products, including product beta testing and revisions
  • Assist with planning and occasionally undertaking marketing trips in UK and overseas

Quality process coordination:

  • Collect and report on client feedback in line with Quality Management System
  • Maintain records and certification for Approved Test Centres and Test of Spoken English (TOSE) Assessors
  • Assist with documentation for quality audits
  • Assist with administration, as required.

Skills and Experience:



  • Good communications skills and an ability to interact with clients and colleagues comfortably
  • Good IT skills (MS office applications)
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part as part of a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills



  • Experience in training or elearning sectors
  • Experience in maritime industry
  • Experience in customer service, marketing and business development
  • Foreign / second language skills useful
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, Freshdesk, Salesforce and/or PowerBI
