Part time HR Advisor, FTC (12 months)

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage the day to day HR Function for the site
  • End to End Payroll
  • Recruitment & Induction
  • Employee Relations - Key experience of working with and advising line managers on all HR matters including Discipline & Grievance
  • Absence Management & support
  • Supporting with business change
  • HR Reporting & data analysis on KPI’s
  • Providing support to all employees across the business.
  • Training Managers on all ER issues and HR areas.
  • HR System Management
  • HR Administration
  • HR Policy updates in line with current UK Legislation
  • Health & Safety Administration
