Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day to day HR Function for the site
- End to End Payroll
- Recruitment & Induction
- Employee Relations - Key experience of working with and advising line managers on all HR matters including Discipline & Grievance
- Absence Management & support
- Supporting with business change
- HR Reporting & data analysis on KPI’s
- Providing support to all employees across the business.
- Training Managers on all ER issues and HR areas.
- HR System Management
- HR Administration
- HR Policy updates in line with current UK Legislation
- Health & Safety Administration
