Communicate with all stakeholders, both internal and external in order to develop and implement plans, effect change, and deliver quality services to our customers
Ensure the Statement of Work or other Service Description document is a true reflection of the proposal, and that it gives sufficient information to the engineer(s) or project team on the deliverables
Follow the company GO methodology for all projects
Formulate and drive the project plan for all projects and ensure the appropriate resources are scheduled in Oracle NetSuite
Work with the customer and the internal resources to ensure projects are delivered within scope, in time and on budget
Own and maintain customers’ project plans as well as weekly RAG reports for each project
Onboard new managed services customers with the support of sales and managed services teams
Continuously look for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and improve customer processes
Your background:
Essential:
Solid experience in managing the whole project lifecycle within a SaaS or technology company
Familiar with technical terminology
Project Management qualification (Prince II, Agile)
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Able to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences and to different levels of seniority
A self-starter and a strong team player, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
Desirable:
Knowledge of IBM storage products as well as other storage/backup/recovery software
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
