Gary has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years, most recently as Global Recruitment Manager for a multinational maritime services group. He previously managed the UK and Ireland recruitment operations for one of the world’s leading HR and payroll software and services providers and worked for both boutique and international recruitment consultancies. This breadth of experience gives Gary a unique insight into the attraction, selection and retention of talented individuals in increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving recruitment markets. Outside of work, Gary is a keen traveller, reader and swimmer.
