Associate Implementation Consultant - WFM

Job Summary

 

The Associate WFM Services Consultant is responsible for learning the specific stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of a Senior Consultant. Project responsibilities include learning how to configure our customer's solution based on tasks assigned, prepare test cases for end-to-end testing and feedback to internal and external clients.

 

What you'll be doing:

 

Provide Implementation Services to Customers

  • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to solution functionality
  • Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements
  • Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
  • Provide Senior IC with general assistance in areas of expertise
  • Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
  • Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for internal users
  • Work with Senior IC to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the WFM solution

 

Contribute to internal Implementation initiatives

  • Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository
  • Document best practices and share with the Practice

 

Focus on Continuing Education

  • Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questions
  • Participate in Continuing Education sessions
  • Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

Your background:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
  • Customer relationship acumen
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
  • Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
  • Consistent demonstration of our customer's practice guidelines
